Anforderungen
- •Experience as a technical consultant, implementation specialist, or developer
- •Strong motivation for strategic client work
- •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- •Excellent presentation skills for business and technical concepts
- •Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively
- •Good knowledge of web development, HTML/CSS, and programming languages

- •Engage with strategic customers to design technical rollout plans
- •Act as a key member of the Consulting team with technical expertise
- •Conduct technical discovery workshops to assess business functions
- •Translate findings into scalable and flexible Staffbase solutions
- •Advise on integration implementations with systems like Microsoft and SAP
- •Collaborate with Technical Specialists to customize client applications
- •Guide customers in leveraging Staffbase APIs and SDKs
- •Facilitate workshops with customer technical teams to develop deployment plans
- •Ensure seamless integration with identity management and SaaS products
- •Assist in securely setting up the customer's Staffbase environment
- •Identify and remove technical roadblocks for platform rollout
- •Present technical information and benefits to various stakeholders
- •Manage technical projects from inception to completion
- •Foster connections with Product teams to advocate for needs
- •Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation
