- •Lead new customer implementations of Staffbase
- •Manage project plans and resources for onboarding and growth phases
- •Develop deployment, change management, and adoption plans for each engagement
- •Communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and efforts clearly
- •Build and maintain in-depth product knowledge of core offerings
- •Understand customer use cases and apply best practices for implementation
- •Incorporate industry-specific best practices for advanced packages
- •Establish and oversee initial customer adoption and training
- •Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during implementation
- •Collaborate with Sales and CSMs to integrate Staffbase into client architecture
- •Identify growth and expansion opportunities with existing customers
- •Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback for improvement
