- •Develop and implement the strategic product portfolio for dry compounds
- •Manage business development, supply chain, pricing, and innovation initiatives
- •Lead a team of Product Managers, providing support and challenges
- •Oversee the global product assortment with internal stakeholders
- •Define a roadmap for business and revenue growth based on customer needs
- •Drive innovation projects from inception to commercialization
- •Build strong relationships with the product organization and stakeholders
- •Monitor competitors and conduct competitive analysis
- •Support customer visits alongside the sales team and represent the company publicly
- •Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback for product improvements
