Anforderungen
- •Successful track record in food and beverages industry, ideally in B2B business environment
- •Degree in food technology, business administration, biotechnology, or similar qualification
- •Proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps
- •Strong customer mindset and ability to engage with customers
- •Excellent organizational and project management skills
- •Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills
- •Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage change
- •Willingness to travel globally approx. 20% of working time
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Develop and deploy the product line for dry compounds in beverage applications
- •Manage the global product assortment with internal stakeholders
- •Define a roadmap for business and revenue growth
- •Attend meetings with R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales teams
- •Agree on pricing strategy and product portfolio with teams
- •Monitor competitors and prepare competitive analysis
- •Support the sales team through customer visits and project briefings
- •Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback
- •Communicate portfolio updates across all media
- •Conduct in-house training to enhance product understanding
