Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- •Comprehensive experience in leading large-scale transformation projects
- •Strong executive leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
- •Ability to influence at all organisational levels and work closely with Management Units and Group Functions
- •Strategic thinking and thought leadership in operations execution
- •Proficiency in advanced project management and governance tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- •Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Intersnack locations.
- •Valid work and residence permit required for non-EU applicants

- •Support recruitment and workforce planning with People & Culture
- •Set clear objectives aligned with departmental priorities
- •Monitor progress against KPIs
- •Provide continuous feedback and address skill gaps
- •Ensure compliance with performance management timelines
- •Lead high-impact transformation programmes
- •Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- •Drive project initiation and scope expansion
- •Oversee complex projects ensuring governance and scalability
- •Build and develop high-performing teams
