Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- •Extensive experience and strong expertise in a specialized functional area
- •Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- •Ability to drive high-impact transformation projects
- •Strong mentoring and coaching skills
- •Proficiency in advanced project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
- •Experience with transformation methodologies and tools
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- •Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Intersnack locations

- •Identify opportunities for cross-demand generation
- •Expand the scope and impact of initiatives
- •Contribute to strategic projects in business development
- •Foster long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders
