Anforderungen

  • •University degree or comparable qualification with relevant working experience in agriculture or industry
  • •Understanding of agricultural production or seed industry with focus on seed processing
  • •Proven experience in process improvement and project management
  • •Fluency in German and English; additional languages welcome
  • •Strong IT skills, including MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP; experience with MES and Power BI is a plus
  • •Solution-oriented team player with strong networking skills
  • •High intrinsic motivation and independent working attitude
  • •Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
