Team Lead/Practice Manager - Cybersecurity Audit Red Team(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead a talented team of ethical hackers, driving impactful cybersecurity audits and assessments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring the team, designing attack scenarios, and communicating findings to stakeholders, while also representing Siemens at international conferences.

Anforderungen

• •12+ years in Siemens or related industry
• •Proficiency in application and software security, Red/Blue Teaming, industrial IT/OT security solutions, network security, IT operations, and penetration testing
• •Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
• •Ability to translate technical findings into business impact
• •Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields; certifications such as GIAC GPEN, GXPN, OSCP, or OSCE
• •Strong scripting and programming skills in Bash, Python, Ruby, PowerShell, and C++/C#
• •Demonstrated experience in Capture the Flag (CTF) events, bug hunting, or vulnerability research
• •Strong interest in staying ahead of Cybersecurity trends
• •Fluent English; additional languages (e.g., German) are a strong advantage
• •International outlook and willingness to travel and work in a diverse, global team
