• •Coordinate with other department Team Leads for collaboration
• •Work with development teams to resolve system defects
• •Oversee hiring and line management responsibilities
• •Conduct team meetings, appraisals, and one-on-one sessions
• •Address performance issues and resolve team challenges
• •Manage customer complaints and escalated cases
• •Ensure resolutions align with company values
• •Ensure adequate resourcing to meet operational demands
