- •Report revenue and manage resource capacity using Kantata and Salesforce
- •Monitor staff interactions to ensure quality standards
- •Provide constructive feedback for improvement
- •Identify areas for team development and create training programs
- •Mentor the team for cross-skilling and product learning
- •Coordinate with other department Team Leads for collaboration
- •Work with development teams to resolve system defects
- •Oversee hiring and line management responsibilities
- •Conduct team meetings, appraisals, and one-on-one sessions
- •Address performance issues and resolve team challenges
- •Manage customer complaints and escalated cases
- •Ensure resolutions align with company values
- •Ensure adequate resourcing to meet operational demands
