- •At least 3 years of experience leading and mentoring software development teams
- •Strong background in software development and architecture with Python or TypeScript
- •Profound knowledge in relational database design for operational systems and data warehouses
- •Broad technical experience running applications in the cloud, ideally with Kubernetes
- •Deep understanding of agile software development beyond Scrum
- •Excellent communication skills in English (CEFR C1 or higher) and ideally German
