Anforderungen
- •Extensive experience in Accounting or Finance
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- •At least 2 years of international work experience
- •2-3 years in people leadership and internal customer-facing roles
- •Strong expertise in IFRS, HGB, local accounting standards, and VAT
- •Proven project leadership with successful implementation track record
- •Solid system knowledge in SAP (FI, CO, AA modules) and MS Office
- •Business fluent in English and German
- •Demonstrated leadership ability in complex environments

Deine Aufgaben
- •Oversee all accounting transactions
- •Ensure compliance with accounting and VAT regulations
- •Manage posting of accruals and provisions
- •Oversee fixed asset lifecycle from an accounting perspective
- •Advise on design and implementation of Record-to-Report processes
- •Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- •Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local laws
- •Drive sub-group closing for DSE GmbH
- •Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on reconciliation
- •Direct service line operations and KPIs
- •Ensure high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution
- •Manage cross-functional collaboration with EU business functions
- •Act as main contact for internal and external audits
- •Ensure compliance with J-Sox documentation requirements
- •Provide leadership for team development and resource management
- •Resolve operational challenges and promote continuous learning
- •Lead projects to optimize accounting activities
