Anforderungen
- •Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- •5 years experience in similar roles
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Excellent analytical skills
- •Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

- •Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- •Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerBI
- •Fluency in English and German, French or other EU language is a plus

- •Provide accounting support and analysis for Corporate, German, and Swiss GAAP
- •Lead day-to-day accounting activities and month-end close
- •Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts
- •Prepare journal vouchers
- •Deliver timely and accurate management reporting
- •Create journal entries
- •Report on balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow
- •Manage annual accounts and audit processes
- •Prepare quarterly and yearly VAT submissions
- •Coordinate year-end closing activities
- •Perform regular bank reconciliations
- •Control accounts receivable and accounts payable
- •Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records
- •Collaborate with local service providers for tax and reporting requirements
- •Research tax and regulatory issues as needed
- •Support government relations related to filings and corporate matters
- •Develop cash flow management strategies
- •Assist with the budget process
- •Identify and propose accounting solutions for unusual business transactions
- •Ensure day-to-day accounting aligns with corporate policies and GAAP
- •Support audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- •Assist with ERP rollout for financial modules
- •Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned
