Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- •Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting
- •Knowledge of HGB/IFRS and experience with financial audits
- •Basic tax understanding and fundamental knowledge in treasury
- •Proficiency in accounting software SAP FI and Microsoft Office Suite
- •Structured, analytical, versatile, and resourceful
- •Proficiency in English and German, both written and verbal
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- •Hands-on mentality and strong coordination skills
- •Interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)

- •Oversee accounting operations for accuracy and compliance
- •Prepare financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS
- •Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- •Conduct reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
- •Lead the annual audit process with external auditors
- •Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures
- •Oversee tax-related matters and ensure tax compliance
- •Monitor cash flow and manage cash with team support
- •Collaborate with teams on business initiatives and financial projects
- •Maintain knowledge of accounting standards and best practices
- •Support optimization and implementation of SAP FI systems
- •Train team members on SAP FI systems and troubleshoot issues
