Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- •3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data operations
- •2+ years of experience leading or mentoring others
- •Familiarity with PowerBI and operational reporting
- •Familiarity working with Jira
- •Comfort working directly with business stakeholders
- •Practical, hands-on problem-solving mindset
- •Clear and direct communication skills
- •Ability to balance delivery work with team leadership responsibilities

- •Manage and support a team of data entry specialists and data specialists
- •Assign and prioritize work to meet business needs and timelines
- •Provide hands-on support as needed
- •Contribute to data quality initiatives
- •Track and define tasks from the KPI boards
- •Ensure data tasks are manageable and divided into smaller chunks
- •Translate direction from the Vice President of Data into clear tasks and short-term plans
- •Track work in progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies
- •Serve as the first point of escalation for non-transformational data-related issues
- •Maintain basic data standards, documentation, and naming conventions
- •Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of core datasets
