- •Practical training in facility management, workshop management, building technician, or comparable qualification
- •Experience in technical facility management from a production or industrial environment
- •Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of strategic planning and project management

- •Implement conversions, new locations, and infrastructure projects while contributing ideas
- •Serve as the central point of contact for external service providers, internal teams, and authorities
- •Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding occupational safety and fire protection
- •Plan budgets, control costs, and document everything transparently for management
