Teaching and Research Associate(m/w/x)

In this role, you will engage in research and teaching while developing your dissertation. You will also participate in international publications, mentor students, and contribute to administrative tasks, all within a vibrant academic environment.

Anforderungen

• •Master's degree in business communication, communication studies, or related degree
• •Desirable subject-specific competences in strategic, organizational, business communication, corporate communications
• •Very good English skills – fluent in spoken and written English; willingness to learn German
• •Sound knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative methods of empirical social research
• •Ideally first experiences in publishing, preferably in peer-reviewed international journals
• •MS Office, SPSS, or equivalent program for data analysis like R
• •Desirable first teaching experience in higher education, preferably in business communication
