Teaching and Research Associate(m/w/x)

In this role, you will engage in research and teaching while developing your dissertation. You will also participate in international publications, mentor students, and contribute to important administrative tasks, all within a vibrant academic environment.

Anforderungen

• •Master's degree in business communication, communication studies, or related degree
• •Subject-specific competences in strategic, organizational, business communication, corporate communications
• •Very good English skills – fluent in spoken and written English; willingness to learn German
• •Sound knowledge of quantitative methods; knowledge of structural equation modelling, experimental, and/or survey designs
• •First experiences in publishing, preferably in peer-reviewed international journals
• •MS Office, SPSS, or equivalent program for data analysis
• •First teaching experience in higher education; didactic competences and creativity
