Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Tax Law, Economics, or equivalent
- •Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position
- •Good understanding of local cultures and tax environments
- •Organizational awareness and understanding of Group Tax Management processes
- •Strategic thinking and analytical skills with attention to details
- •Capacity to prioritize and work under pressure
- •Self-starter and proactive attitude
- •Ability to deal with ambiguity
- •Result oriented
- •Team player with strong communication skills
- •Excellent command of English, Italian or French is a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Define and implement the transfer pricing model and documentation
- •Develop analyses and reports for transfer pricing
- •Review inter-company price determination policies and calculations
- •Assist with tax audits and litigations
- •Coordinate local finance teams and tax advisors during audits
- •Issue guidelines for litigation management strategy
- •Provide daily tax advice to local business units and finance colleagues
- •Cover direct and indirect tax issues in advisory support
- •Support group restructuring projects, acquisitions, and divestitures
- •Supervise tax compliance procedures and risk assessment controls
- •Monitor tax accounting items affecting the effective tax rate
- •Analyze tax payments to minimize negative impacts on cash tax position
