  • •Experience recruiting for AI/ML or technical product companies
  • •Strong execution skills

  • •Technical fluency to engage with leaders
  • •Reputation for building trust and credibility
  • •Outstanding written communication skills
  • •Deep familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • •Experience as a first or early talent hire at a scaling AI/ML startup
  • •Track record recruiting across multiple business functions
  • •Experience recruiting product managers and marketers
  • •Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • •Deep knowledge of European business talent markets
  • •Built relationships in AI/ML company communities
