Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus in Human Resources
- •2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in fast-paced startup or consumer brand environments
- •Proven experience hiring across diverse role types, including technical positions and high-volume, German-speaking roles
- •Passion for direct sourcing and crafting creative sourcing strategies
- •Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- •Hands-on, proactive attitude
- •Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
- •Data-driven decision-making using insights to influence hiring decisions
- •Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) is an advantage
- •Fluent German (C1 min) and English skills

- •Act as a key partner to the Senior Talent Partner
- •Lead the end-to-end recruitment process
- •Source and interview candidates
- •Manage selection, offer, and contract signing
- •Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies
- •Develop and maintain talent pipelines for tech and business roles
- •Focus on the DACH region for talent acquisition
- •Nurture candidate relationships as a Talent Brand Ambassador
- •Promote an exceptional candidate experience
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hiring priorities
- •Support projects to optimize recruitment processes and tools
- •Enhance Grover’s employer brand across Europe
- •Champion Grover’s culture and values internally and externally
