  • •Manage end-to-end hiring processes across Europe, the US, and Asia
  • •Source, screen, and engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
  • •Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure excellent communication
  • •Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality shortlists
  • •Provide a world-class experience for every candidate from first contact to offer
  • •Support employer branding and outreach initiatives that reflect the company's mission
  • •Assist in designing job descriptions, candidate briefs, and internal hiring communications
  • •Keep the ATS and recruitment metrics up to date and accurate
  • •Contribute ideas to enhance hiring processes, onboarding, and internal mobility programs
  • •Work closely with the People team for smooth handover from recruitment to onboarding
