- •Experience in leading international teams and project management

- •Ability to work in a team with intercultural communication skills
- •Business fluent in German and English
- •Experience in the manufacturing sector, design for manufacturing
- •Experience in Six Sigma (Green Belt), data science, simulation and/or machine learning
- •Willingness to travel within Germany & internationally on demand

- •Scout smart technologies to identify innovative solutions
- •Analyze potential, challenges, and risks for HARMAN Automotive
- •Develop concepts and analyze portfolios for new technologies
- •Benchmark innovative technologies and conduct feasibility analyses in pilot projects
- •Communicate project results while aligning with HARMAN strategy and guidelines
- •Track project progress and benefits, identifying further potentials
- •Facilitate knowledge sharing and capacity building across the organization
- •Solve complex research and technical problems
- •Document and present work results to management and stakeholders
- •Recommend best practices to enhance products, technologies, and processes
- •Monitor and report key performance indicators
- •Optimize internal processes and maintain databases
- •Create presentations and documentation
- •Organize specialist conferences and in-house trade fairs
- •Provide instruction and support to students and trainees
- •Manage research projects in HARMAN Automotive
- •Acquire and apply for funding projects at various levels
- •Administer and lead national and international projects
- •Prepare project outlines, descriptions, and application documents
- •Submit funding requests and interim reports
- •Communicate with team members and external research partners
- •Handle research-oriented work packages
- •Report internally to management and evaluate completed projects
