- •Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related field
- •Several years of experience in sustainability management, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing context
- •Proven experience in navigating complex corporate structures
- •Expertise in carbon accounting, ESG reporting, and sustainability frameworks (CSRD, GHG Protocol, EU Taxonomy)
- •Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- •Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all levels
