Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
•Professional certifications (e.g., APICS) or equivalent experience
•5+ years in Supply Chain Management with strong focus on planning
•3+ years of leadership experience driving teams
•Proven success in fast-paced manufacturing environment
•Experience in highly regulated, multinational environments
•Deep expertise in ERP systems for supply chain and warehouse management
•Hands-on involvement in ERP implementation and improvement projects
•Strong understanding of process control strategies and operational KPIs
•Solid knowledge of GMP production and related processes
•Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
•Collaborative decision-making and strong judgment

•Proven track record in team development and coaching

•Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations
•Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
•Manage direct manufacturing-related material requirements
•Serve as the supply chain workstream lead for SAP implementation
•Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs
•Organize training programs and align responsibilities
•Develop a high-performing Supply Chain & Warehouse team
•Enable strategic partnerships to optimize stock movements
•Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with external warehouse providers
•Maintain accurate master data management
•Ensure optimal inventory levels and service performance
•Proactively address challenges across the end-to-end supply chain
•Drive Operational Excellence initiatives
