Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead supply chain operations, manage material requirements, and drive the S&OP process while fostering a high-performing team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing inventory levels, cultivating supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• •Professional certifications (e.g., APICS) or equivalent experience
• •5+ years in Supply Chain Management with strong focus on planning
• •3+ years of leadership experience driving teams toward operational excellence
• •Proven success in a fast-paced, commercially focused manufacturing environment
• •Experience in highly regulated, multinational, and multi-site environments
• •Deep expertise in ERP systems for supply chain and warehouse management
• •Hands-on involvement in ERP implementation and improvement projects
• •Strong understanding of process control strategies and operational KPIs
• •Solid knowledge of GMP production and related manufacturing processes
• •Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams and collaboration
