- •Technical or Economics University Degree
- •Several years of relevant business experience in at least one Supply Chain function
- •Project management skills and capability to handle multiple cross-functional initiatives
- •Strong implementation skills and ability to manage complexity
- •High level of communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- •Strong result orientation and performance focus with strong motivation
- •Reliability, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
- •Pragmatic, solution-driven, proactive, and assertive approach
- •Ability to drive change and strive for continuous improvement
- •Fluency in English, second language in German advantageous

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead multi-project management for New Product Launch and Supply Chain Transfer projects
- •Spearhead cross-functional Supply Chain Teams to drive performance
- •Contribute Supply Chain expertise to NPL Project Core Teams
- •Define and orchestrate work packages across cross-functional teams
- •Secure change, quality, and risk management protocols in projects
- •Serve as the interface between Supply Chain functions and NPL process
- •Act as the central contact for cross-functional Supply Chain topics
- •Liaise with Marketing for all Supply Chain-related inquiries
