- •Several years of experience in Supply Chain environment, Incident Management, Project Management, or IT Support
- •Advanced SAP skills (SAP4Hana) and technical understanding of software development
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Strong hands-on and problem-solving skills
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Analyze processes based on incidents or business needs
- •Design streamlined end-to-end solutions
- •Document SCM processes in the knowledge database
- •Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to align supply chain processes with business objectives
