Anforderungen
- •Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, SCM, Procurement, or similar fields
- •Confirmed experience in SCM, Materials Planning/Scheduling, and/or Purchasing as well as Finance
- •Proficient knowledge of SAP MM, Power BI, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- •Strong leadership and capability to drive performance without direct reporting lines
- •Collaboration approach to develop positive relationships with collaborators
- •Comprehensive and proven Change Management capabilities
- •Ability to oversee and manage complex process and system landscapes considering pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical requirements
- •Demonstrated leadership skills and experience with managing large international project teams, and with direct and indirect team structures
- •Proven expertise in supply chain finance
- •Ability to teamwork, staying customer and supplier focused
- •Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- •Proficiency in English required, with additional German preferred

Deine Aufgaben
- •Drive SCM financial governance within the SCM team and corporate teams
- •Design and implement the financial aspects of the Visp Supply Chain roadmap
- •Collaborate with the SCM Program Management Office and Transformation team to ensure financial robustness of SCM projects
- •Ensure robust financial assessment of SCM performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- •Generate financial reports for the team, site, and corporate levels
- •Lead the financial elements of S&OP and coordinate financial reviews within the Supply Chain Orchestration governance framework
- •Hold the business accountable for financial performance, especially regarding operating working capital
- •Contribute to the overall governance structure for financial topics in Supply Chain Orchestration
