Anforderungen
- •European Logistics Degree
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- •LBMS Green Belt certification
- •Strong project and program management skills
- •Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools
- •Ability to thrive in a matrix organization
- •Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken

- •Manage daily logistics operations at the BioLOG logistics center
- •Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements
- •Oversee the handling of logistics processes from goods receipt to shipping
- •Act as the central interface between operational teams and management
- •Lead and develop the team through training and coaching
- •Manage resource planning and employee development
- •Coordinate logistical tasks between customers and internal stakeholders
- •Oversee accurate receipt, booking, sampling, and storage of goods
- •Ensure timely material supply to production and manage material flows
- •Maintain stock control and manage SAP EWM transactional data
- •Facilitate smooth material and information flow between warehouses and production
- •Guarantee on-time, GDP-compliant customer order shipments
- •Collaborate with customer service and supply chain teams
- •Manage freight forwarding activities for the Visp plant
- •Drive process optimization through Kaizen meetings
