Deine Aufgaben

• •Provide operators fluent in English and local languages or ensure access to translation services
• •Ensure operators have at least one year of experience in customer service or telephone operator roles
• •Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and familiarity with embassy procedures
• •Maintain sufficient staffing levels to support fluctuating call volumes, including surge capacity during emergencies
• •Be available by phone and email at all times
• •Maintain strong English communication skills
• •Serve as a liaison between the Contractor and U.S. Government personnel
• •Oversee staffing, training, and quality assurance
• •Resolve issues promptly upon notification by the Government
• •Manage a 24-hour switchboard department with constant staffing
• •Rotate holidays and shifts to meet staffing needs
