Anforderungen
- •5+ years in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance
- •5+ years as a supervisor or lead technician
- •Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and safety standards
- •Proven ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
- •Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- •Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems
- •English B2+ proficiency
- •Microsoft Office required; SAP is an advantage

- •Organize people, parts, and methods for module build and teardown
- •Ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people targets are met
- •Act as point of contact for authorities and customers
- •Secure compliance with methods
- •Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Material
- •Protect the schedule and resolve blockers
- •Develop the team through on-the-job training and performance feedback
- •Drive 5S and Lean initiatives for station balance and takt adherence
- •Monitor WIP limits and first-time yield
- •Report module status with clear KPIs
- •Escalate risks early and propose recovery plans
