Anforderungen
- •Enrolled student in circular economy, renewable energy, chemistry, bioeconomy, environmental studies, business management, economics or related field
- •Professional experience in high-level customer support or similar
- •General IT proficiency and very good working knowledge of MS Office
- •Excellent language skills in English (C1) and German (B1) both written and spoken
- •Excellent eye for detail and ability to explain complex issues simply
- •Service-oriented thinking and excellent communication and networking capability
- •Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent working style

- •Review certification documents
- •Update the internal certification database
- •Standardize and optimize internal processes for registration
- •Manage certificate data and support associated testing
- •Communicate with business partners in German and English via email and telephone
- •Assist System Users and Certification Bodies with the ISCC HUB database
- •Support research activities for ongoing projects related to biofuels and land-use change
- •Prepare for events and webinars
