Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in hybrid, timber, system, or precast concrete construction
- •Proficiency in designing according to Eurocode or North American building codes
- •Strong communication and presentation skills
- •Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- •Speaking another EU language is a plus
- •Ability to use RSTAB, RFEM, or similar structural analysis software
- •Ability to work autonomously in a team-oriented environment
- •High level of flexibility, self-initiative, responsibility, and lateral leadership skills
- •Willingness to travel
- •Knowledge of REVIT, ArchiCAD, or AutoCAD is an advantage
- •Knowledge of F#, Python, RSTAB-API, or other programming languages is a plus
- •Understanding of building physics is a plus
- •Creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving
