Anforderungen
- •Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- •Several years of professional experience in new product development (NPD)
- •In-depth knowledge of production technologies such as sheet metal processing, plastics manufacturing, surface finishing, or automation technology
- •Confident application of project management techniques and methodologies
- •Independent, dynamic, and open-minded personality with problem-solving skills
- •Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- •Experience in the development of mechatronic components and systems

- •Define and align product requirements with stakeholders
- •Develop and design new lighting solutions independently

- •Lead internal projects to support strategic development
