Anforderungen

•Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
•Several years of professional experience in new product development (NPD)
•In-depth knowledge of production technologies such as sheet metal processing, plastics manufacturing, surface finishing, or automation technology
•Confident application of project management techniques and methodologies
•Independent, dynamic, and open-minded personality with problem-solving skills
•Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
•Experience in the development of mechatronic components and systems

•Define and align product requirements with stakeholders
•Develop and design new lighting solutions independently
•Select materials while considering commercial aspects and standards

•Lead internal projects to support strategic development
