- •Maintain and improve the Germany Strategic Planning Playbook
- •Ensure alignment with the BMS ecosystem and financial reporting
- •Track headcount and budget adherence
- •Prepare executive review materials with clear recommendations
- •Provide data-driven insights to evaluate business performance
- •Identify business white-space and growth opportunities
- •Coordinate cross-functional transformation and sustainability projects
- •Collaborate with functional leaders to align decisions
- •Drive local strategic activities to foster community
- •Automate and simplify DACH go-to-market processes
- •Lead governance cycles and leadership team meetings
- •Coordinate country and hub communication strategies
- •Curate high-impact content for stakeholder strategy reviews
- •Develop long-term relationship strategies with key stakeholders
