Anforderungen
- •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related technical field
- •Multiple years (>2) of experience in strategic procurement, supplier management, or category management
- •Solid understanding of global sourcing markets, supplier qualification, and RfQ processes
- •Strong analytical, conceptual, and project management skills
- •Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions and regions
- •Fluency in English; German or Mandarin language skills advantageous
- •Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30%) and to work in a hybrid setup with 2–3 on-site days per week in Düsseldorf

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support the creation of category and sourcing strategies for direct procurement
- •Translate strategic procurement goals into actionable roadmaps and processes
- •Interface with the Asia Sourcing Hub to implement sourcing strategies
- •Ensure RfQ activities meet resilience, cost, and quality targets
- •Provide analytical decision support for procurement activities
- •Collaborate with Product Development during early concept and design phases
- •Ensure early supplier involvement and technical feasibility
- •Conduct supplier market research and risk assessments
- •Identify alternative sourcing opportunities
- •Track and analyze global supply market trends
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain
- •Ensure alignment between HQ and the Sourcing Hub
- •Communicate effectively to maintain transparency and alignment
