Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- •5 years of experience in demand planning & sales forecasting
- •Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- •Proficiency in advanced Excel
- •Experience with ERP/MRP systems and demand planning software
- •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- •Manage product lifecycles, including launches and discontinuations
- •Maintain optimal inventory levels to support sales targets
- •Monitor inventory performance and propose solutions for stock-outs
- •Collaborate with procurement and logistics for timely material availability
- •Generate reports on forecast accuracy and sales performance
- •Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions
- •Analyze forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions
