Anforderungen
- •At least 5 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, strategic analytics or similar roles
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
- •Strong grasp of revenue forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling and performance dashboards
- •Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools and EPM systems (Pigment, Anaplan, etc. is a plus)
- •Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English; German is a plus but not required
- •High analytical rigor paired with strong storytelling and presentation skills
- •Ownership mindset with high attention to detail; proactive, motivated and outcome-focused
- •Experience mentoring or coaching others and contributing to a high-performing team culture

- •Develop and automate reporting frameworks
- •Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards

- •Steer revenue optimization by identifying performance drivers
- •Feed insights into commercial initiatives
- •Champion budgeting discipline through KPI tracking
- •Conduct scenario planning and structured financial modeling
- •Manage, mentor, and inspire a small team
