Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields
- •6+ years in project management in semiconductor, industrial, or automotive product development
- •3+ years leading multi-site projects/programs
- •Working knowledge in stage-gate developments and configuration/change management
- •IATF16949 and/or ISO 26262 knowledge
- •Business-fluent English
- •German language skills advantageous
- •IPMA Level C or similar certification
- •Advanced MS Project, JIRA, Microsoft 365
- •Ability to travel internationally as needed

- •Lead multi-site semiconductor IC development projects from concept to mass production
- •Own scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management
- •Orchestrate cross-functional deliverables across Design, Test, Validation, Quality, and Operations
- •Ensure on-time execution and delivery readiness for customers
- •Comply with the Renesas development process and automotive safety standards ISO 26262 and IATF 16949
- •Represent the project across the matrix organization
- •Drive comprehensive project planning with committed timelines and resource planning
- •Ensure effective project execution by driving task ownership and managing risks
- •Escalate unresolved issues with clear problem statements and options
- •Proactively identify and manage risks and plan deviations
- •Manage project change requests and assess their impact
- •Act as the primary point of contact for clear communication across the organization
- •Align diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts
- •Demonstrate a proactive attitude and drive team commitment
- •Use data to steer decisions and anticipate risks
- •Escalate effectively when project goals are threatened
- •Influence and develop new project management methodologies
