Anforderungen
- •Degree in engineering, renewable energy, project management, or comparable field
- •Proven track record of managing complex renewable energy projects (ideally PV, Wind, and/or BESS) in Europe
- •Strong leadership and coordination skills
- •Experience with internal investment processes and presenting to senior stakeholders
- •Ability to manage external stakeholders and build trust-based relationships
- •Familiarity with regulatory and market frameworks in major European energy markets
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Structured, organised and proactive way of working
- •Excellent communication skills in English and German
- •Willingness to travel within Europe

- •Manage complex utility scale renewable energy projects across Europe
- •Focus on German projects initially
- •Ensure timely and budget-compliant execution from late-stage development to commercial operations
- •Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- •Prepare and submit internal investment approvals
- •Present project opportunities to senior management
- •Guarantee compliance with internal processes and quality standards
- •Manage contracts and relationships with external advisors and contractors
- •Act as main point of contact for local stakeholders
- •Maintain proactive risk identification and mitigation planning
- •Ensure structured project handover to Operation and Asset Management teams
