Anforderungen
- •10+ years of experience in construction management or project execution in renewable energy sector
- •Engineering degree (Electrical, Civil) or equivalent knowledge
- •Relevant work experience in managing international construction sites
- •Proven experience in regional or multi-country coordination roles
- •Strong understanding of construction execution, HSEQ, and quality management
- •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- •Strategic mindset with ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and geographies
- •Assertiveness, communication, and teamwork skills with structured approach to work
- •Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus
- •Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region

Deine Aufgaben
- •Oversee construction activities for Solar, Wind, and BESS projects
- •Lead regional construction strategies across EMEA
- •Supervise execution of construction activities in the region
- •Act as primary interface with Country Construction Leads
- •Ensure consistency in execution, standards, and reporting
- •Align construction practices across projects and countries
- •Monitor adherence to construction standards, HSEQ, and quality frameworks
- •Track regional construction KPIs and support improvement initiatives
- •Collaborate with the Team Lead On-site Construction for coordination
- •Lead resource planning and allocation for Construction Managers
- •Engage in hands-on construction activities with regular site travel
- •Represent the Construction function in regional forums and governance
