Anforderungen

  • B.S./B.A. Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Healthcare Management
  • 5+ years of Sales or Sales Management experience in medical device field
  • 2+ years of Corporate Training or Training Management experience
  • Experience with the da Vinci Surgical Systems
  • Knowledge of the operating theater
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Highly organized and able to operate independently
  • Ability to travel 15%+
  • English fluency

Deine Aufgaben

  • Partner with the Global Commercial Distribution Team to align training programs with sales strategy
  • Assess strengths and gaps in the European distributor sales team's knowledge and skills
  • Develop programs to address competency gaps for distributor partners
  • Collaborate with internal partners to standardize business processes
  • Work with Learning & Technology Specialist to execute e-learning initiatives
  • Maintain current training records
  • Create curricula, agendas, and training materials for technical, clinical, and sales training programs
  • Manage regional and corporate new hire training programs for Distributor Clinical and System Training (DCAST)
  • Present and deliver ISI Clinical Sales Process and Capital Sales Process workshops to new hire trainees
  • Utilize various training formats, including instructor-led and remote learning, to enhance content impact
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing to ensure training aligns with messaging and market opportunities
  • Conduct field rides with sales teams to identify training needs and provide coaching
  • Support da Vinci procedures in hospital operating rooms
  • Maintain expert-level certification in da Vinci Surgical Systems and advanced instrumentation
  • Deliver da Vinci Technical Lectures to new hire trainees during DCAST programs
  • Certify distributor sales personnel on da Vinci Surgical Systems
  • Educate distributor sales personnel on best practices for da Vinci Surgical Systems management
  • Forecast annual program needs to support organizational growth
  • Measure sales effectiveness of training programs and develop comprehensive analysis reports
