- •3+ years of clinical or product marketing experience in a therapeutic medical device company
- •Strong knowledge of procedure steps and anatomy in surgical specialties
- •Surgical and/or operating theatre sales experience
- •Proven ability to position and develop sales support
- •Demonstrated success in building clinical education and marketing programs
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Superior verbal and written communication skills
- •Self-starter with leadership ability in unstructured environment
- •Ability to manage projects, organize, prioritize, and cope with multiple tasks

- •Develop and execute regional marketing tactics for General Surgery & Thoracic
- •Implement detailed activities within defined timelines and budgets
- •Collaborate with the European marketing team and local sales leadership

- •Work with Market Access and Clinical Affairs on publication strategies

- •Develop relationships with key surgeon champions for education programs
- •Quantify clinical, economic, and strategic impact evidence
- •Assist in developing cost-effectiveness strategies with Market Access Manager
- •Collect and analyze competitive data for strategic initiatives
- •Validate clinical and economic data with key surgeon champions
- •Align with relevant surgical and executive societies
- •Develop Intuitive’s presence at national conferences and events
- •Collaborate with surgical societies on standardized robotic training pathways
