Sr. Director, Head of Mid-Sized Countries(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead the launch of rare disease drugs in mid-sized countries, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful market entry and commercial success while managing a high-performing team.

Anforderungen

• •Advanced degree in Life Science, pharma, biotech, Business Administration, or related area
• •15 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• •At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing commercial operations above country level
• •Fluency in English and at least one local MSC language
• •Proven track record of launching and commercializing pharmaceutical products in MSC markets
• •Experience working with distributor partners in EU and/or beyond
• •Strong understanding of MSC healthcare systems and regulatory requirements
• •Established track record in launching products in small/medium organizations
• •Experience in rare disease including pediatric neurology and/or psychiatry
• •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• •Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute innovative market strategies
• •Mastery of German, Greek, Dutch, and/or Polish considered an advantage
• •Willingness to travel throughout Europe and to US headquarters as needed
