- •Support the development of the annual operational and tactical brand plan
- •Collaborate with marketing colleagues in the International team and the US
- •Align marketing strategy, product positioning, messaging, and plans with stakeholders
- •Drive the evolution of brand campaigns across international markets
- •Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns and communication strategies
- •Ensure integration into all promotional assets
- •Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand market and customer needs
- •Apply advanced business analytics and forecasting techniques
- •Manage relationships with external groups, including service vendors and agency partners
- •Ensure seamless collaboration across international teams
- •Coordinate field force training with the Commercial Excellence team and Country/Sales Managers
- •Uphold company mission and values through accountability and teamwork
- •Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies
- •Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- •Act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors
