Anforderungen

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering or business administration
•Relevant work experience in finance and production in the automotive industry
•Knowledge of thermoplastic injection molding, stamping, assembly processes, and machined parts & electronics
•High level of experience in the supply process Tier1 business and direct OEM business
•Broad understanding of manufacturing technologies for bid calculations with costing models
•Confident appearance and persuasiveness
•High affinity for value driver analysis
•Many years of experience in costing for customer RRQ
•Tier 1 experience towards OEM's an advantage
•Patience, perseverance and passion for cost reduction
•Experience with SAP & FACTON, good MS Excel skills
•Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English

Deine Aufgaben

•Calculate production alternatives for automotive projects
•Perform cost calculations for new RFQs using Should Costing
•Conduct capital analysis for projects, including ROI and Payback
•Support lifetime cost calculations throughout project phases
•Optimize cost cycles in collaboration with key business partners
•Introduce new cross-location cost methods for product families
•Conduct continuous cost and value driver analyses
•Participate proactively in interdisciplinary teams
