Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering or business administration
- •Relevant work experience in finance and production in the automotive industry
- •Knowledge of thermoplastic injection molding, stamping, assembly processes, and machined parts & electronics
- •High level of experience in the supply process Tier1 business and direct OEM business
- •Broad understanding of manufacturing technologies for bid calculations with costing models
- •Confident appearance and persuasiveness
- •High affinity for value driver analysis
- •Many years of experience in costing for customer RRQ
- •Tier 1 experience towards OEM's an advantage
- •Patience, perseverance and passion for cost reduction
- •Experience with SAP & FACTON, good MS Excel skills
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English

- •Calculate production alternatives for automotive projects
- •Perform cost calculations for new RFQs using Should Costing
- •Conduct capital analysis for projects, including ROI and Payback
- •Support lifetime cost calculations throughout project phases
- •Optimize cost cycles in collaboration with key business partners
- •Introduce new cross-location cost methods for product families
- •Conduct continuous cost and value driver analyses
- •Participate proactively in interdisciplinary teams
