Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, electronics, or equivalent
•Master’s degree
•Experience in engineering and operations or commercial experience
•Operations transformation and technology leadership
•Functional experience with SAP and related technology systems
•Minimum fifteen years experience in leadership roles
•Understanding of financial and operational performance data
•Strong leadership skills and ability to drive change
•Ability to lead across cultural and geographic boundaries
•Ability to energize and motivate people
•Proven track record of lean operation implementation
•Experience in developing and improving key performance metrics
•Knowledge of Quality Systems and Problem Solving
•Fluency in English, other languages a plus

•Lead manufacturing engineering process reengineering for Automotive EMIA Operations
•Oversee sustaining engineering processes aligned with TE Best expectations
•Establish and implement stable manufacturing processes to achieve market leader status
•Provide manufacturing concepts for new and existing products
•Drive implementation of digital and AI tools to enhance manufacturing capabilities
•Develop new manufacturing concepts and apply advanced technology for performance improvement
•Create a strategy roadmap for all manufacturing engineering processes
•Optimize tooling costs and reduce time to market using advanced design concepts
•Enhance design for manufacturing in collaboration with Product Engineering and Quality teams
•Support production lines' migration and expansion activities from a manufacturing engineering perspective
•Define flexible equipment, tooling, and floor space to improve capital efficiency
•Fulfill CER expectations on concept design and successful industrialization
•Build a strong EMIA manufacturing engineering team through a comprehensive talent strategy
•Develop and maintain programs to ensure a motivated and effective team
•Establish KPIs to measure success and track required skills for future opportunities
•Manage operations engineering projects based on business growth needs
•Develop and execute manufacturing technology strategy aligned with business objectives
•Create a strategic workforce strategy for NPI and sustaining engineering
•Develop a comprehensive manufacturing technology roadmap in collaboration with various teams
•Make balanced decisions in the best interest of the business regarding investments
•Deliver strong results in safety, customer focus, and financial performance
•Balance long-term investments with short-term commitments
•Drive competitiveness in manufacturing technology to support business growth
•Provide data and support to the VP of Operations for issue resolution
•Build high-performing diverse teams and a strong succession pipeline
•Address performance issues promptly and effectively
•Establish measurable inclusion and diversity goals
