Sr. Contracts Manager – EMEA(m/w/x)

As a Sr. Contracts Manager for the EMEA region, you will negotiate complex purchasing agreements, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, and collaborate with various internal teams to enhance contract processes.

• •Experience in negotiating key contractual terms and conditions
• •Knowledge of contract management best practices and commercial contract law
• •Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• •Effective time management skills and positive attitude
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, French, and English
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Bachelor degree in law (e.g., erstes Staatsexamen / Diplom-Jurist / LLM)
• •At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification legal or contract experience
• •Strong drafting skills, commercial mindset, and attention to detail
• •Practical knowledge of GDPR and EU regulatory considerations relevant to contracts
• •Comfortable working with international contracts and cross-border transactions
