•BS with 8+ years, MS with 6+ years, or PhD with 4+ years in Computer Science or related field
•10+ years of hands-on software engineering
•5+ years of direct software engineering management experience
•Experience with compiler engineering
•Understanding of modern CPU, GPU, and accelerator architecture
•Knowledge with accelerated computing and parallel programming models
•Experience leading team contributing to LLVM projects
•Strong communication skills
