Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- •At least 5 years pre-sales experience within an enterprise level SaaS ecosystem
- •Consultative approach to solving business challenges
- •Experience in translating technical concepts for varied audiences
- •Good understanding of web-based solutions and website development
- •Highly analytical mindset for managing client relationships
- •Customer oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Interest in deep diving into data and familiarity with Kibana/Elasticsearch
- •Experience with Apache, Nginx, Varnish, IIS, lambda@edge

- •Lead technical discussions with prospects

- •Guide customers through the evaluation process
- •Ensure DataDome's solution meets business objectives
- •Configure prospect's instance for enhanced bot detection
- •Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams
- •Promote adoption of the DataDome solution
- •Share customer feedback across teams
- •Assess, qualify, and track customer opportunities in SalesForce
- •Contribute to designing effective technical solutions
